Blue Dragon is 13 years old in 2017

February 8, 2017

“You don’t know what you’re doing!” and “You have no track record. You’re not an expert!” were comments made when Michael Brosowski started Blue Dragon with Chung Pham. It was registered in 2004 as an NGO in Australia and Vietnam. In 2017, Blue Dragon will officially turn 13 years old!

Michael believes that Blue Dragon had an impact on the lives of kids because the team was “not afraid to try something that others thought would fail. We were not afraid to ‘roll the dice’ and give something a shot, no matter how unlikely a good outcome seemed.”Blue Dragon is 13 years old in 2017 (3)

13 years later, Blue Dragon continues working to give life-changing opportunities to kids in crisis. The team has rescued 622 trafficked children, and provided shelter to 352 boys and girls. 4113 children have been sent back to school and training. Behind these statistics are individual children whose lives have changed for the better. Now no one can say that Blue Dragon doesn’t have a track record! Thanks to all the supporters around the world who have stood by these children over part, or all of this 13 year journey so far.
