Blue Dragon kids celebrate Mid Autumn Festival

Blue Dragon kids in northern Vietnam, central Vietnam and Hanoi celebrated the Mid Autumn Festival with a special treat of sweet mooncakes and lanterns.  There were performances and games, as well as plenty of laughter. It is amazing that this festival has been celebrated for hundreds of years, inspired by the legend of the moon goddess. Although the original intent was to be thankful for a good harvest, it still serves as a time for the community to get together. So Blue Dragon kids up in the mountains, by the sea and in the city, all rejoiced in the beauty of the full moon with a sweet treat.
