Twelve year old ‘Minh’ and his class mates in central Vietnam celebrated the mid-autumn festival with some special friends yesterday. Minh’s school has 21 visitors from Concordia International School Hanoi who are there to build a playground for the school children.
It didn’t take long for the international and Vietnamese students to make friends as they joined in games and activities. Minh and his friends were thrilled to take home moon cakes and paper star lanterns, but it was the traditional lion dance and performances by students from both schools that they enjoyed the most.
