Cooking like a professional

When is a sandwich not a sandwich? 3 Blue Dragon kids who undertook a cooking course in Pegasus learnt the answer – when it is made to professional standards to be served in a restaurant! In one month, they chopped, diced, baked and braised their way through techniques and recipes from different cultures. They found it fascinating that flavours could be matched and textures could be contrasted. Learning about different cuisines opened up the world to them, including the world of opportunities as all 3 are now enthusiastic about being chefs. One even wants to open her own restaurant one day!
