Vocational training for trafficking survivor

November 1, 2016

‘Minh’ was just 15 at the time when he was forced to drop out of school. His father was in prison and his mother could not afford to care for all the children. The small piece of land on which they grew rice was only sufficient to feed the family for 2 months. What were they going to eat for the other 10 months? Answering this question led to Minh working very long hours in a sweatshop. Following his rescue 3 years ago by Blue Dragon, Minh went back to school. We can now share the good news that he has been accepted into a vocational training centre!
