A housewarming party was held at the new Daisy House for trafficking survivors. The carers had prepared a wonderful spread of Vietnamese finger food together with the girls. A few of the girls who were living under the care of Blue Dragon over the previous years also returned for the celebration. They have moved on, and built a future for themselves, far away from being enslaved in China. One of them is now a maths teacher in school. Another is studying in university. All were rescued by Blue Dragon and supported with health-care, counselling, and education. Their smiling faces are a reminder that lives can be changed, and every rescue is worthwhile.
