Blue Dragon UK is a registered charity with Gift Aid status run entirely by volunteers. We support the work of Blue Dragon Children’s Foundation in Vietnam, leading the way in the fight against human trafficking.
Lesley Bleakley
Chair
Lesley is a senior executive in the music industry and has long-term volunteering experience with Blue Dragon, both in Vietnam and the UK. She is the proud mother of two adopted Vietnamese girls and has traveled extensively in Southeast Asia.
Lilian Ngo
Secretary
Lilian is a consultant in the public sector, with experience working with charities such as UNICEF previously.
Georgia Jones
Compliance Officer
Georgia is a recent law graduate and specialised in advanced criminal issues. She has just started her career in the charity field and in her free time does Latin dance.
Hang Nguyen
Outreach and Networking
Hang Nguyen is a Creative Project Manager, based in London. In her free time, she enjoys long runs to explore the city.
Rebecka Fosher
Outreach and Networking
Rebecka works in UK public service and is a trusted adviser with experience supporting organisations through complex and sensitive challenges. She brings a strong personal connection to Vietnam and a deep commitment to protecting children and supporting long-term recovery and opportunity.
João Peixoto
Outreach and Networking
João is a bioengineer with a passion for innovation, problem-solving and understanding how complex systems can create meaningful impact. Outside of work, he enjoys film, cycling, and chess – interests that reflect his love of storytelling, endurance and strategic thinking.
He brings an analytical mindset, a collaborative approach, and a belief that lasting change is achieved when compassion is paired with effective action.
