Kelly Griffin has been supporting mission-driven organizations navigate significant strategy and culture changes for more than 20 years. She serves as a trusted advisor and thought partner of C-suite leaders, Board members, and department heads while leading teams through the process of creating strategic plans, driving strategy execution, and realizing change management. She is the Principal and Senior Strategy Consultant at Green Griffin, LLC and the author of a highly rated nonprofit management book (“Solve, Not Serve: What Other Nonprofit Management Books Won’t Tell You,” New Degree Press 2022).

For more than 20-years across senior leadership roles, Robin has helped nonprofit organizations grow their revenue, improve operations, and empower communities. She has degrees from Rutgers University and the University of Pennsylvania, and an Executive MBA from IE University. Natively from Philadelphia, Robin has also lived in Vietnam, Turkey, Serbia, and Morocco. She is honored to be supporting the Blue Dragon Children’s Foundation in their work to end human trafficking and ensure a brighter future for vulnerable youth in Vietnam.

Dr. Michael Bertini is a global entrepreneur with businesses across the United States of America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia. His experience ranges from technology, manufacturing and distribution, restaurants and nightlife, construction and property development. He has a degree in Engineering and a Masters in Engineering from UNSW (Sydney); a Ph.D in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix; and a Ph.D in Information Science from Walden University. Michael is driven by a lifelong passion to fight human trafficking and protect society’s most vulnerable.

Sharon Lindo Steele is the Managing Member of AlleeOop LLC, a web and mobile app that assists youth to build the best version of themselves. Aside from being an entrepreneur and world traveler, Sharon’s real passion is advocating for the youth today.

Victoria Cheah is a Director at Apollo, serving as a Client Portfolio Manager focused on Real Assets for the global wealth channel. Previously, she was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where she spent nearly a decade specializing in equity derivatives and structured solutions for ultra-high-net-worth clients. Victoria started her career in London, where she joined Goldman Sachs after graduating from the London School of Economics with a BSc in Economics and Economic History. Outside of work, she previously served on the Board of Blue Dragon Children’s Foundation UK and is passionate about travel, languages, and youth empowerment.

Mark Wexler found his vocational direction in the early 2000s while working with street children in Durban, South Africa. In 2006, he co-founded Not For Sale, a global NGO combating human trafficking and environmental degradation. He also co-founded Just Business, an impact-focused investment fund. Wexler helped start REBBL, a health-conscious beverage company, and Dignita, a social impact restaurant chain. Passionate about systemic solutions to the world’s most pressing issues, Wexler’s work reflects his commitment to sustainable and equitable change.
